Welcome to FTBullion.com, operated by Forged Together Bullion. By accessing our website, purchasing from us, or using any service offered through FTBullion.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or place an order.

1. About Forged Together Bullion

Forged Together Bullion creates and sells hand-poured precious metal products, including .999 fine silver bullion art, collectible rounds, bars, hand-finished pieces, limited-mintage items, copper items, and related products.

Our products are made in small batches and may include natural variations from the pouring, stamping, finishing, toning, engraving, polishing, or packaging process. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our work.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe our products, including metal type, purity, weight, finish, design, mintage, and included packaging or certificates of authenticity.

Because many of our items are handmade, hand-poured, hand-finished, or individually photographed, each piece may have unique characteristics. Small variations in texture, pour lines, surface finish, toning, stamping depth, edge shape, or visual appearance should be expected.

Product images are intended to represent the item being sold as accurately as possible. However, colors, brightness, shadows, and surface reflections may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, or device.

4. Precious Metals, Bullion, and Market Pricing

Products sold by Forged Together Bullion may contain precious metals whose market values fluctuate. The price of silver, gold, copper, and other metals may rise or fall after your purchase.

Prices listed on FTBullion.com include more than raw metal value. Handmade bullion art may include premiums for labor, design, artistry, limited mintage, finishing, packaging, certificates of authenticity, and collectible value.

We do not guarantee that any item will increase in value or retain its purchase price.

5. No Investment, Financial, or Legal Advice

Nothing on FTBullion.com is financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.

Any information about silver, gold, bullion, collectibles, mintage, melt value, or market trends is provided for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for making your own purchasing, collecting, investment, and resale decisions.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing mistakes, shipping limitations, payment issues, or product availability.

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We may contact you if additional information is needed before fulfilling your order.

7. Pricing and Errors

We work hard to keep pricing, product descriptions, and availability accurate. However, errors may occur.

If an item is listed with an incorrect price, incorrect description, incorrect weight, incorrect mintage, incorrect availability, or other mistake, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or adjust the order. If payment has already been made and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund according to the original payment method where possible.

8. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on FTBullion.com.

Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged, or otherwise not completed.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, production time, order volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an item is made to order, customized, limited release, or requires additional handling time, the estimated production or shipping time may be listed on the product page or communicated after purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, customs delays, or events outside our control.

For higher-value orders, we may require tracking, insurance, adult signature, or signature confirmation.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible.

We may require photos, packaging, tracking information, written statements, or cooperation with a carrier insurance claim before issuing a replacement or refund.

Once tracking shows a package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may consider the order fulfilled unless otherwise required by law or carrier claim rules.

11. Cancellations

Because precious metal prices can fluctuate and many of our products are handmade, limited-mintage, or made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order. We may approve or deny cancellation requests depending on whether the order has already been processed, produced, packed, shipped, customized, or otherwise committed.

Market price movement after purchase is not a valid reason for cancellation.

12. Returns and Refunds

Unless a separate return policy states otherwise, all sales are final due to the nature of precious metals, bullion-related products, handmade items, limited-mintage pieces, and custom work.

However, we want customers to receive what they ordered. Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, materially different from the listing, missing, or incorrect.

To request help with an order issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos, video, packaging, or other information to review the issue.

Approved refunds, replacements, or exchanges are handled at our discretion and may depend on the condition of the item, availability of replacements, carrier claim results, and the nature of the issue.

Returned items, if approved, must be sent back in the same condition received, including original packaging, certificates of authenticity, capsules, bags, boxes, or included materials.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.

13. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, engraved, stamped, made-to-order, limited-release, or specially requested items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed.

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, names, initials, artwork, design choices, and other customization details before approving a custom order.

14. Certificates of Authenticity and Mintage

Some products may include a certificate of authenticity, mintage number, serial number, or limited-edition statement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, mintage numbers, COAs, packaging, bags, boxes, and display materials are part of the collectible presentation of the item but do not create any investment guarantee or future value guarantee.

15. User Accounts

You may be able to create an account on FTBullion.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

16. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, giveaways, or special offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used after expiration.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on FTBullion.com, including logos, product designs, product photos, descriptions, text, graphics, artwork, branding, layout, and related materials, is owned by Forged Together Bullion or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, use, or exploit our content, product images, designs, branding, or written materials without written permission.

18. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FTBullion.com for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security features, scrape content, misuse checkout systems, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that damages Forged Together Bullion or its customers.

19. Third-Party Services

FTBullion.com may use third-party platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, apps, plugins, analytics tools, or service providers.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, errors, outages, or practices of third-party providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Forged Together Bullion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website, purchase of products, shipping delays, market price changes, website errors, or inability to use the website.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved in that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

FTBullion.com and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated in a product listing or required by law.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.

We do not guarantee resale value, investment performance, grading results, toning behavior, market appreciation, or third-party acceptance of any item.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forged Together Bullion, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, or a purchase from Forged Together Bullion will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Alabama, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
