Refund policy
Unless a separate return policy states otherwise, all sales are final due to the nature of precious metals, bullion-related products, handmade items, limited-mintage pieces, and custom work.
However, we want customers to receive what they ordered. Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, materially different from the listing, missing, or incorrect.
To request help with an order issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos, video, packaging, or other information to review the issue.
Approved refunds, replacements, or exchanges are handled at our discretion and may depend on the condition of the item, availability of replacements, carrier claim results, and the nature of the issue.
Returned items, if approved, must be sent back in the same condition received, including original packaging, certificates of authenticity, capsules, bags, boxes, or included materials.
Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.
