Shipping

Forged Together Bullion ships physical hand-poured silver pieces with care and protective packaging.

Orders are packaged securely to help protect each piece during transit. Tracking will be provided when available. Higher-value orders may require additional shipping protection, insurance, or signature confirmation at our discretion.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Forged Together Bullion is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other transit problems outside of our control.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, including any original packaging, Certificate of Authenticity, bags, display materials, or included items.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.

Cancellations

Because silver prices can move and many FTB pieces are handmade, limited, or one-of-a-kind, order cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Handmade Item Notice

Forged Together Bullion pieces are hand poured and individually finished. Small variations in surface texture, edge shape, tone, finish, color placement, and handmade character are normal and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, personalized pieces, special requests, and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation or return unless there is an error on our part.
